Flash Animation Ad Banner
These past couple of weeks in Computer II, we've been learning about flash animation. We started off by drawing our own faces and making them move, but now we've graduated to completing tutorials that are more advanced. My Ad Banner that I completed has the effect of an image blurring in and out of focus. The finished project can be seen above.
To make this Flash Animation I followed a tutorial that went step by step so anyone can follow it. The picture in the Ad Banner I used is of me and my sister and my mother took the picture. Before creating my Flash Animation, I had to edit the picture in Photoshop first. In Photoshop, I cropped the photo, changed the color to black and white, and added text on the bottom.
Next I imported the finished photo to the stage in Adobe Flash Professional. To make sure the picture is perfectly centered I aligned it vertically and horizontally to the stage. Then I made the picture a symbol, in the form of a movie clip. To make the photo larger, I used the Free Transform tool. To add cool effects, I went to the Properties Panel in the Filters Tab. In this tab I dropped the shadow, blurred the photo, and added a blue glow around the edges. Next I added a Classic Tween to make the picture move with all the effects. Now I have the finished product like shown above! The reason I posted this Animation is to show how important family is to me. Enjoy!
